Food Minimum
For any parties not reaching the required food minimum ($300.00 for lunch 11am to 3pm or $17.00 per person for dinner 3pm to midnight) an additional fee may be applied to reach the required food minimum.
Bar Sales
Parties that require a private bar must reach $750.00 in sales and have food service, or a $75.00 fee will be assessed. Those parties without food service must reach $750.00 in sales or the host will be charged the difference between the actual sales and $750.00. Each additional bar will be subject to a $75.00 bartender fee.
